The Wonder Material(Black Gold)

A new material has been developed by some Indian scientists that has power to convert Carbon dioxide into Methane fuel, harness the solar energy and also Desalination of the sea water.

This material termed as 'Black Gold' which produced by scientists at Tata Institute of fundamental Research, Mumbai. Researchers have not subject any other particle; They developed the solution phase synthesis of Dendritic Plasmonic Colloidosomes (DPCs) with varying inter-particle distances between the Gold nanoparticles using a cycle-by cycle growth by optimizing the nucleation- growth step. They have announced this research in chemical science a journal by the Royal Society of Chemistry.

If these nanoparticles are set up like a tree, they can do artificial photosynthesis. They have the potential to reduce global warming if we use it on a large scale and restore stability in the environment.

During photosynthesis they produce Methane which use as fuel in place of fossil fuels which are the major constituents of Global warming and also convert sea water into potable water which is a major issue in the country.

I hope our scientist has developed a way to use it on a large scale so we can protect our home planet.
