ISRO's GAGANYAAN is happening next year

The ISRO chairperson K. Sivan announced a new project to Crewed Mission GAGANYAAN (Sky Vehicle) while he was addressing the eight convocation of the IIT, Bhubneshwar.

There is two mission happening one in December,2020 which is a first uncrewed Human space flight and the second one in July 2021 with crewed Human Space Flight by GSLV - MK-111. Also, the space suits for this mission is developed by ISRO.

He also mentioned that the Chandrayaan 2 is 98% successful as the orbiter which has only 1 year life for the mission is now extended to 7.5 year by saving the fuel during its journey to the Moon. It now Map the Moon more efficiently and assists in the future mission.

As the contact to Vikram Lander is not been established yet, so there is a National committee has formed for finding the reason to the communication with the lander. But failure is the key to success, I hope in the future ISRO success in the soft landing.

There is also a solar mission has been announced named Aditya L1 which will launch in mid-2020.
